The plot begins with the appearance in the Cocoon of the mysterious flying temple of fal'si, where the main characters are trying to get to for various reasons. The Cocoon government destroys everyone who is somehow connected with Pulse or has a fal mark’Xi Yi is a servant of the lower world. There is a fierce confrontation between two worlds: the upper one is the Cocoon, where people live, and the lower one is the Pulse, where monsters and relics called fal'si live. The events of "Final Fantasy XIII" take the player to an alternative futuristic reality. Thanks to the use of a special Crystal Tools engine, the game has an incredibly high level of graphic design.Įach part of the series has a separate plot, the events take place in different fantasy worlds and are not related to each other in any way.
